Dry Top kills not Maguuman kills?
Kryta perhaps? Southsun Cove counts as Kryta for some reason so maybe Dry Top does as well..
In due time, all will serve the asura.
Maguuman Kills is for zone in the `Maguuma Jungle` region. Dry Top is in the `Maguuma Wastes` region.

Meguuma Wastes is the dried out Meguuma Jungle, thus it no longer counts as such.

Dry Top even has its own little backdrop on the character select screen.
Places like Dry Top and Southsun Cove don’t count towards overall map completion. They were added in after the establishment of zones like ascalon, maguuna, shiverpeaks, etc. were put in place at the beginning of the game.
As such, Dry Top at least, doesn’t count towards any type of ‘zone’ kill.

It does list Southsun as a Kryta zone and when the daily is Kryta kills the mobs in that zone count towards the daily. I’m wondering if there was an oversight in placing Dry Top as a maguuma zone for the same credit when the daily is Maguuma.

Ok so today is Kryta killer and the Dry Top kills don’t count, maybe by process of elimination we’ll eventually find what region it belongs to.

Someone said in mapchat that Dry Top is a temporary PS region and doesn’t fall into any permanent category, anyone else heard this?

Dry Top is a permanent zone. It’s also apparently a unique region unto itself, at least for the time being. Like I said before, it’s even got a distinct background on the character select screen if you leave a character there.
Dry Top is in the Maguuma Wastes region (as mentioned above). At some point, when there are more zones, this region will probably be added to the “region kills” daily section, probably as Wastes Kills or something like that
