Hi, so recently i have bought two new monitors. One of them is my “gaming” monitor that is in front of me and the second one is a “main” monitor with taskbar for web-browser etc. After running GW2 I found it irritating that I can’t change the display monitor from my “main” monitor to my “gaming” one.
I run GW2 in “Windowed Fullscreen”
And
Yes, after making it “Windowed” and then swapping it to “gaming” monitor and then making it again “Windowed Fullscreen” it auto-swap to my “main” monitor.

So I ask you ANet, please make it possible.

If you want it on the other monitor, go to your video settings and chose which one you want main. Then the game will be on the monitor you want. Then you can always switch it back later.

In windows, make the gaming monitor the ‘first’ monitor, the ‘main’ monitor the second. It’s the easiest solution, otherwise you’ll have this problem happening with most of the games.

It’s mostly a rookie mistake on your end, I only played a handful of games that allowed me to change the display monitor from within the game itself.
