Dungeon Story - Still Character Bound
Mmm, Story Mode is a nuisance. If I were changing it though I’d put the change in the Facilitating Friendly Play category so we may be a little too quick to smile.
I suppose if they changed it, nobody would help first timers get it, unless there was a serious reward for doing so. What I would like is some sort of section in your hero screen where you clearly see what story your character has done. Because having quite a few alts, I get really confused and rotate trough about 4 of them until I find the right one.
Its always my ele that done them all so I will always play as my ele. But my guardian I use as well in dungeons. I will need to re do every story as her to be able to open up explorable modes for people as my guard.

Oh yeah, good point.
They’ve actually made dungeon story account bound for pvp reward tracks, so I am thinking they’ve also made it account-bound for pve and just haven’t told us yet.
