I’m not looking for a review of my ticket, I just wanted to post the details for everyone and anyone who may wish to read it. If this needs to be moved to account issues though, I’d like to request that a moderator move it instead of deleting it.
If you’re not looking for a review of your ticket, then telling us what happened does nothing. All the forum posters can say is, “Wow man, that’s sounds unfair”. And then move on to the next thread to read.
If you actually want some sort of impact, put your ticket number in the stickied thread above as Inculpatus suggested with a short explanation of what happened. Gaile can review it and either help you or possibly tell give you a reason why not.

I noticed you already posted for review some months ago. I’m not sure what the result was, but I assume you already got your answer. I’m not sure what will be accomplished by posting about it, once again, but good luck.
I doubt Anet is offering refunds for duplicate Legendary crafting. Your friends are probably trolling you into submitting a ticket.
