Is the drop of dusk/dawn based on server time?
I’ve read mixed theories and want to get an official response.
I’m going for dusk in the mystic forge and don’t want to be doing it in the day if my best shot will be for dawn.

According to the game wikia, there is no such thing as dependency on server time.
