Guild Wars 2

With the introduction to the Chaos Weapon skins, its got me wondering..
In Guild Wars 1, Weapons could be dyed. Could this now happen within Guild Wars 2 soon?

Sure, dye it all you want – only available through gambling in BL chests. Happy gambling!!!!

There are a handful of weapons which are the same skin but different colors.

That and the fact that the weapons are very likely not created with dye channels, which would mean in order to add it they’d have to redo every single weapon in the game, makes me feel its extremely unlikely they’ll ever add the feature.

Black Bifrost? kitten YES!
Black Xanthium, hm, hm…. even better.
But… Bifrost effects affected by dyes? I don’t think it will ever happen.

Red Frostfang… awesome, but… you know, the difference bw Sunrise and Twilight is only the color.

Dying could be awesome for normal weapons, but for some (asc/legendaries)… it would simply make no sense.
