I was wondering what dyes will look similar to enameled emblazed dye. I’m trying to get that firey color. I looked at blood but that’s a tad too bright.

Is there a dye/armor simulator online?

You can go in game, put on the armor you want to dye, open your dye panel and enable the locked dyes via the option cog, sort by hue, then preview all the reds and oranges just like you were dyeing the armor. The locked dyes won’t give you the option to select the changes, but you can see them.

If you want to test on armor you don’t own, then you can do an armor preview and get a slightly less accurate dye set on it by previewing off the TP dyes. Preview the same dye four times to fill all four channels. Take note of which channel affects the part of the armor you are testing. Then preview four neutral dyes (light black, or an ivory or cream to set off the red you seek). Right click the preview box on the dye you want to test, you can remove it from the preview without losing the armor or neutral dyes, then just go through the TP dye list previewing and removing that one box until you find a good hue.

You can keep your Hero Panel open to the dye panel so you can see the names of the red and orange dyes and type those in the TP search to help find the one you want.

Look up the dye you want, click on the eyedropper next to it’s name and it’ll show similar dyes by nearest RBG.

Clover seems to be similar in color for cloth and leather. However emblazed reflects light differently. It’s darker, a bit more orange and mottled, like there’s a lacquer on it. You can look it up on the TP and right click preview to see it. The starter Autumn is also close.
