Guild Wars 2

As a new player to GW2 since the beginning of this month, it makes me sad. I had fun dying my gear when ever I wanted. Now I have to use transmutation charges? I don’t use money on this site so I rely on the stones being rewarded to me.

Also town cloths are a set of items anymore? What about this outfit that I keep seeing? Every time I go into is its empty and says I have noting to use. I thought that’s where my town clothes would go but nope. My stuff got turned into some kind of potion that lasts for 15 mins.

I’m sorry but this makes me a bit sad as a new player here. :C I had fun dyeing and dressing up. Now I’m not sure what I’m going to do for now on.

When you dye an item, look at the requirements: it says 0 charges.

Read the dye “transmutation” window again… It says “this will cost 0 charges”. It still doens’t cost anything, it’s just brought the dying system inline with the new charges system and terminology (for better or worse).

Hrmm must have missed that but it still miffs me a bit about the town clothes thing.
