Ok i so want to come back to GW2…..but i just cant decide and get myself to fricking install the game already….so i would like to know if people still level easy thru EOTM like it used to be?

I recently leveled an alt in 10 seconds to lvl 80 just with Tomes of Knowledge that you can get behind every corner these days. But if you can get yourself to install GW2 anyways, it’s questionable if you will keep at it if it’s such a chore to you.

But to also answer your question: yes, EOTM is still a fast and popular way to gain levels and karma quickly.

Well that IS the problem….i dont know lol….i want to play it i just dont know why i cant get myself to install it….maybe i am going crazy! thats probably it :E

I know a lot of people OP, who played the game and didn’t like the way leveling worked the first time through. When they came back, it’s like they left behind certain expectations and they liked the game much better. Are you one of those people? No one will ever know, unless you reinstall the game.

Nah i really liked the leveling, have 100% world and did pretty much everything in game except legendary weapon which i do not want to grind for, i just dont know why…..seriously lol

Sounds to me, and I could be wrong here, that if you had friends playing you’d be in in a heartbeat. If you like the game, and an expansion is coming out, then the only real reason not to play is none of your friends do. But that’s just guessing on my part.

If you are that conflicted about whether or not to play a game, then really you’re just saying you don’t want to play. So don’t. Don’t play. If you are not enjoying the game don’t play. It is only a game, which is ultimately nothing more than a form of entertainment, and logically speaking, a waste of time. One day the servers will be shut down, and all your efforts will cease to exist. The only thing that remains are memories of good times. So don’t play if you are not enjoying it. Clearly you don’t. Give it another try if you are curious, but don’t force yourself. At least there is no monthly fee that you have to use to justify playing a game you don’t want to play.

Also true, and if i had some of them still playing i would join without much of thinking since i have no monthly fees.

Don’t do it.

It’s not exactly hard to uninstall it later.

Do it. Look around a bit. Do some of the things you liked and see if the spark is still there. Club a skrit. Rain fire down on an Inquest goon. Listen to some of the NPC dialogue in the cities. Open up the map and go “oh, yeah… I remember these places…”

If you’re unenthusiastic after 45 minutes, rip it out again.
