Any specific ETA on the new legendaries being released this year?

Dont expect an ETA from the devs . even if it was an ETA of Q1 or Q2 of 2013 if they didn’t meet it then the whole forum and player base at large would be in an uproar .

When it’s ready.

I’m surprised we even got 2013 out of them. That means they have less than 4 months.

We can be a little more patient.

Also they’ve all but confirmed legendary accessories/trinkets in 2013.

Maybe legendary armor/trinkets? :X

Really really do not think they’ll create legendary armour anytime soon.

They’ve all but confirmed that some form of legendary trinket will be released before 2014, though.

As for new legendary weapons…yeah, when it’s ready.

So new legendary weapons are definitely coming in 2013 unless Anet wants to make a big kitten of themselves.

My guess is that we’ll get 1 new legendary weapon of each weapon type. Except for great swords. There will probably be 4 new legendary great swords.

remember also that they plan on adding new weapons to professions – both current (rifles to rangers, melee weapons to engineers, etc.) and new (Scythes?) so i imagine when they release the new weapons they release new legendaries to go with them.

Yes, yes I am! I for one really like gathering pieces to make one great item. That being said, the less items you have to buy and the more items you have to earn, the more I like it.

well, i am saving money for the new legendary by now, todays legendary its not worth to craft it anymore. the base prize its crazy on TP, 1.2k g for dusk. almost the prize for the off hand legendary weapon back to a month ago.

After pushing back several of the 2013 list items and the complaints that has generated from people who don’t know the difference between intentions and promises, I can understand if they are reluctant to share their plans for this year with the forum crowd.
