i was playing for a while (now almost a year) and i had an idea i played “A Trap Foiled” a long time ago and wondered if it was possible for a female icebrood sadly as i found out this is not possible
but then i was wondering what they might do with this later and after weeks of thought i finally came to a conclusion a kind of idea for our friends the developers what if a player could “unlock” an outfit or armor skin for a given Elder Dragon if they got enough kills for that given dragon’s minions almost as if their given power “bleeds” to you as you kill them

Yes, we got confirmation from devs. It was an overall disappointing answer given what folks were wondering and theorizing.
I mean, we knew from the get-go that Jormag corrupted women just as much as he corrupted men, but we didn’t know until some interview in 2013 iirc about what actually happened to them. The answer was simply “the Sons of Svanir hunt them down and kill them because they don’t believe they are worthy to receive Jormag’s ‘gifts’”

Basically because of Jora (the sister of Svanir, whom killed him after he was corrupted by Jormag’s champion in gw1: eotn) the Sons’ of Svanir hate all women.
Surrender and serve me in life, or die and slave for me in death.
This is a very boring conclusion but it leaves it open ended whether or not Jormag actually does something to whatever female Norn seeking power that can also potentially escape the Sons of Svanir. It could be eventually revealed that we actually find the strongest Icebrood to be female Norn who keep very close or around Jormag itself, hidden and protecting their master.
Jormag is already known for actually having willing followers (e.g they are not enslaved in the absolute sense and only “slaves” to their own perceived power coming from Jormag, if I recall), and I doubt it would simply turn down powerful women who killed several Sons of Svanir on their way to him going against all odds. Then again Anet could just go with “not going to dwell into that” and just leave it as there are no female Icebrood, but the plot mechanism is still there, and would be a fine homage to Eye of the North (it should be a victory for Jormag that he could seduce the “kind” that are somewhat “kin” to Jora and defeated his champion Svanir).
