Guild Wars 2

Basically I don’t know what I did but I got the electric effect on the tip of the mistforged hero staff it stayed until I came out of edge of the mist. It was sooo cool and the lightning effect looked unique, also it stayed on even if I changed attunement and when the staff was put on the back, have any of you guys experienced this and if so do you know how it is done???
I have got screen shots as I don’t know how to record onscreen game.

Most likely a bug. Wouldn’t be the first one.

It appears to be the bug where the casting animation for Lightning Surge stays on the staff after the skill is cast. I don’t know what causes it, but it happens to me from time to time.

And yeah, it’s pretty cool.

BTW – to post more than one picture at a time, hit the “preview” button after uploading one, upload another, repeat

Oh wow ok I would give a lot of money if the staff had the permanent effect, the bifrost doesn’t really suit my zojja inspired character. I know bolt and mjlorin has cool electric effect but can’t use on ele…… they should really use it as a staff effect
