Can someone tell me if these items were part of an event / one off instance in game? I’m curious to know just why they are so expensive?

The wiki will generally have the origin of any item.

:) Yeah I should have wiki’d that! I was in a bit of shock as I was hoping to buy a blue one and was like what the kitten lol…. Thank you though.

Bought that dye when it was 90g .. no regrets.
