hi everyone, i cant open embroidered coin purse on my higher level character which i get this items when i doing personal quest on my lower level character as a reward.
Is it a bug ? or designed this way?

If it says “Soulbound” then only the character who got it originally can open it.

If it does not say “Soulbound” then it is a bug that should be reported.

It is a account bound items. and i did report it. thanks for the reply

Some items act strangely in PvP areas. Make sure the character you are trying to open it with is in a PvE area.

Yeah, you can’t open/consume certain things in spvp. Try opening them in a pve map or wvw.
