With the Wardrobe system, I feel like people who had already completed Emperor’s Wardrobe achievement should get every racial armor skin unlocked in the Wardrobe, as it is now it doesn’t feel as rewarding as the other collections, even though it is a 645g title.

That would be excessive, you’re asking for over 1.2k gold worth of skins as a reward for spending 600g, there are no rewards that even come close to that.

At most the reward should be a box that gives you a choice of one T3 armor piece.
