We want the option to create HardCore PvE characters

Death = losing the character and all the items on him (have a separate bank for hardcore characters)

Hardcore characters :
cannot trade/send things with Softcore characters
cannot use the Trading Post
cannot go WvW
cannot go PvP

Give us a Hardcore level ranking list for top hardcore ranked players

you die—> character select —> delete character
dont trade/send things by yourself
dont use the tp
dont go to wvw
dont go to pvp

there it is : your own hardcore character

Op if it makes you feel better your terrible worthless suggestion will never be implemented not even in your dreams.

Also if you really wanted to, you could do it own your own. The fact that you speaks volume about you.

Yeah… lets not.

Yup, that’s prett much it, we already see so many disconnects during PvE events, if there was hardcore mode in the game people would get kittened if they accidentaly wandered in an event map and got killed because they disconnected.

“Arenanet I lost my character because my cat jumped on my keyboard and I coudn’t dodge the boss atack, you know I’m l33t but my dog really messed up my game, oh wait, was my cat, sorry.”

I never understood how this was considered “hardcore”. So you tip toe around, avoiding anything difficult, making sure you don’t “die”. And that’s hardcore, how?

Or you don’t, and die (and have to start over from scratch) over and over again.

If that’s fun for you, more power to you. But I don’t think it’s something developers should waste their time on. It’s really something that an individual can do by themselves.

You already have all those options,it’s called F2P account.

Permadeath is quite “hardcore” when comparing to loss when normal(which is minor armor damage). You also don’t really avoid anything difficult, you just avoid lemming into engagements knowing that death has no meaning. Granted you do take a lot less chances however if all you do is take the safe route, then you aren’t doing “hardcore mode” right.

You are right though, it isn’t something that needs to be coded or dev work. Just make a f2p account and learn some self control.
