This is my opinion but cosmetically and with that I mean armor, weapons, town clothing and backpieces I’d say no. Sure there have been new armor (pieces mostly), weapons, etc. but I consider none of them to be endgame content. Other stuff aside from cosmetics I don’t know.

What motivates you guys to continue playing then?

Some new fractals, a revamp of Tequatl and two new open world raid style bosses, one of which is temporary content.

From the way the question is phrased, I’d say no though.

I only do dailies (not all of them) and play the new LS content (again not all of it). So in other words I play the LS content for maybe a total of 5-10 hours and the dailies take me less then half an hour.
And if you wonder why I’m doing this it’s because I’m clinging on this false hope they’ll actually release something major cosmetically in game and if I simply stopped playing GW2 and they’d actually bring my false hope to life I’d highly likely still not return to this game.

You can’t really just check out Tequatl. Without a large organized group, you’re doomed to fail it. You want 80 plus players to do Tequatl.

There are guilds set up that make regular Teq runs, but they might all be attempting the giant wurm event now….the new raid boss in Bloodtide Coast. No one has beaten it yet…at least not completely.

Sunk Cost Fallacy

You have gotten what you paid for, all that remains is biweekly gemshop pushing.

I’m trying to finish map completion on 40 character. Only done 8 so far.

Probably never going to get it done.

Queensdale Train = Endgame.

I see far too many 80s there with full ascended gear wielding legendaries.

Doesnt say much for the rest of the content.

Endgame content you can do alone? Nothing for as far as I know. I could say ascended weapons and armor but if you have a lot of gold or if you know of a way to earn a lot of gold or even both you are going to be done pretty fast unless you want to gear all your characters in ascended armor. In my case I only want my main to be geared in ascended but seeing as how I don’t need that new tier and I don’t like how the armor looks like I see no reason for me to do it.

Arah p2 can be soloed, but anet buffed the last boss, so its kinda tricky now. But you can solo all the way to Giganticus Lupicus, who is one of the most popular bosses in the game because of the trouble some pug groups have to defeat him, but skilled players can solo him. You can search for some arah p2 solo vĂdeos on youtube and some lupicus solos. If you like difficult content you will find it fun ^^

The true endgame content in gw2 is Arah and fractals, looking for mastering all dungeon paths can keep you busy for a long time.

Yes there are videos of guardians soloing some dungeons. It’s doable. It’s not easy, however.
