there was a statement the next release would be closer to the 3 month period of the 2-3 month waiting time.
I personally think the trailer will hit next week (may 2nd) and then the week after the patch. But there’s still one more week after that to stay in the 3 month schedule.
I just hope we get a current event patch in the meanwhile

I’d say yes, very unlikely to happen since it never happened in the past for LS episodes (as far as I remember) but never say never, I’d really appreciate a surprise patch tomorrow!

don’t kill maim burn me please…. on reddit there was a post about ep 5. they were talking about a big last map for LW as grand finale. here to ask if it is true

they just said it would take longer, but would be finished within the 3 month period. So if we’re lucky they managed and we get a trailer tomorrow, if not, we’ll get the trailer next week

I wonder though, if it’s really the story that’s in fractine here.
It could be that the new zone is showing some unexpected bugs, or the envoy armor needs a bit more time.

I don’t know but they didn’t say it won’t be in the patch either, so as far as we may know, their last word (“leg armor coming with LS 5”) is the only truth we may say in regard.

They only said you could work toward the Legendary Armor in HoT, not that you could get it.

The trailer is impressive, but I’m a little worried that this is the second-to-last episode for the season. So in another three months or so, the last episode will see release around August or early September. Hopefully, the expansion will soon follow a few months after that.

The game can’t take another content drought.

They will probably will in the gap with misc content such as a festival. They could always bring back Queen’s Gauntlet. Or they could do another WvW tournament (j/k).

Well in theory the expansion development was being done in parallel. In theory no major game system is being updated.
