Guild Wars 2

Does anyone know what the orders’ equipment guides are for? I’ve purchased two so far and used them, but am not seeing what i’ve accomplished. i assumed it was to unlock the skins but that hasn’t happened.

Looks like that unlocks the collection. Then you need to buy the skins to complete the collection.
