I missed the opportunity to get some of the account-bound event rewards, like probably almost everyone. Unlike most rewards those are missing in the Laurel Merchant.
Any chance you could add them please, ANet?

• Gift of Magnanimity
• Mini First Mate Horrik
• Recipe: Superior Rune of Perplexity

If someone else also misses further rewards, I suggest to list them here.

You may find those items available from the new vendors accessed through the Central Mastery lines, especially recipes.

There are quite a few short-availability items, including recipes, minis, etc. Only a portion them have ever been available via laurels.

I think you can get mini horrik from the TP anyway.

The perplexity recipe, as well as the exuberance recipe, renewal, tormenting and a few others was only available at the Queens Jubilee, and only the first time (the second time you couldn’t buy them).

I’d also like a third chance at the gold colored sovereign weapons

No. It was the reward for doing a meta event and those are account bound.

That’s the Magnus mini you’re thinking of, I’m pretty sure.

The one meta reward that’s missing is the one from Boss Week- the dragon’s wings.

Shattered Wings are not available for laurels or anything else.

Two nomad’s amulets are bugged for a lot of people:

• Ogden’s Ankh
• Aspect Amulet
