I’ll skip straight to the core:
What if I’ve already bought more than one of the same tool type? For example, the molten alliance pickaxe and the .
Had I had the money to buy two molten alliance picks back when they were still on sale, I would’ve done so. Because I thought and everything seemed to be, completely soulbound! Well I was wrong, but you can’t blame me for it.

Partially I like the fact they are now accountbound. And partially I feel like I’ve wasted 1600 gems. If they said it was all a big joke to force the gem prices up or to sell more gems to people in real life with real money, I would absolutely believe them, because that’s exactly what seems to be the case right now!

Last but not least, what if I like the Dreamcleaver Logging Axe much better than the Chop-It-All logging axe? I am not willing to drive my 1600 gem shortage up to 2600, but I want that pickaxe instead of the Chop-It-All.

Can’t they, for the unbelieveable devilish price of 1000 gems a tool(and the former 800 a tool) add the function you can switch tools from one skin to another? Or at least just once? Or once a month?
Or only switch to those that are currently for sale on the market?!?!

It’s all a massive, propostrous scam!

Scam? They brought in what people asked for (account bound) and it is a scam? Interesting. I have multiple copies of pickaxe and scythe (only bought 1 axe) ankitten ot personally feeling scammed at all.

If you purchased multiple tools, you can ask for a refund of the gem purchase price.
Just open a ticket with support. Many people have already done it and received their refund.

You can contact support and get a refund for any extra tools you’ve purchased.

Yargesh I didn’t say making them accountbound is a scam. I didn’t say the tools themselves were a scam.

I said: first letting people buy multiple soulbound copies and then making them accountbound is a scam. As for the rest, thanks for the help. ^^

Ok, but then why would you use the words scam and incompetent when you did not try to find out if there was a system in place to correct multiple buys? Insult first then ask questions could lead to confusion in the answers you get.

The perma tools are a convenience, a great convenience.

For me this post is incredibly ironic because soon, after the 1st (month flips) I am going to buy more gems to equip more perma tools on my toons, due to the fact of how incredibly inconvenient it is to switch them between characters.

I would have highly preferred them to be character bound and lower price gems then account bound at higher prices, or to have both options available in the game.
