I go out and look at what’s new in mmo’s. Nothing really that wasn’t already out there. And what is new follows an antiquated quest driven gaming model. Many games tout an open world experience but a quest line is a quest line. GW revolutionized the open world experience with an event driven model. Well, Peria Chronicles is really different but enough of that!
The Masteries. One might think they would further define a class’ identity. . When I say further define I mean the skill set should stand on it’s on merits. Not a rotation to achieve that optimal performance. Only one has really achieved that goal. The Druid.
Dragonhunter – During my adventure out there in Webland I did see something that made me say. This skill set with a spear should have been what further defined a guardian’s role. 2 1/2 minutes long. Think of runemarks as symbols.

Doesn’t matter if in the next expansion the areas are stacked vertically. Doesn’t matter if gliding becomes flying with aerial pve/p combat. Doesn’t matter that you already have the 2 weapons for underwa I mean aerial combat. Doesn’t matter if you reach the top of the next to highest level. Doesn’t matter if on a plateau you find a chest and in it you find a pair of goggles. Doesn’t matter that you get the message “You may want these when you go up there!”. Just keep telling yourself!

For pve the developers have set the standard. One that can only be expected in any future expansion! Npc’s have been given quite enhanced mobility and skills. Is Guild Wars becoming Ranged Wars? Just keep telling yourself!

Because it’s time to give something back. Given that the visual human range is 165 degrees (82.5 from center left and right). Skill 1 wielding melee each attack should advance the attacker 43 in the direction of a target in the visual range.
