If you travel to Lion’s Arch, you can find Evon twice in the same map. Once at Canal Ward, once at Fort Marriner.

He seems to have the power of ubiquity, and he’s clearly no god.

So I am calling it now. Evon is an avatar of the demon Greed on Tyria.
