I have two stacks of tomes of knowledge from pvp, and that’s after leveling two characters from 0 to 80. I have no plans to roll another character until the trait system changes.
Can these please be made tradeable or vendable to merchants at least? It’s such a waste them just sitting there uselessly. I have more than enough skillpoints and levels on my 80s from just playing the game. Every time I get a tome from pvp or black lion chest it’s a total waste.

You can convert your skillpoints to gold using the mystic forge.

Well I play mostly PvE and WvW I would like to see more tomes… Scrolls are good.

Maybe shift some to other game modes?

23 lvl 80’s, 9 times map, 4ele, 4ncr, 3war, 3grd, 3rgr, 2thf, 2msm, 1eng, 1 rev.
Been There, Done That & Will do it again…except maybe world completion.

I wish I had this problem. x_x 20 characters in total of which 8 are still underleveled.

But you can make some money with your skillpoints by doing some mystic forging promoting materials to higher rarities and what not.

If there’s some other way to use up skill points besides material promotion to make profit i’d love to know.

I play every game mode daily, the tomes just add up over time. I would LOVE to be able to trade them to people who actually want them. I wouldnt even care if I got profit from it, I have a ton of friends who would chew off a leg for as many tomes as I have and frankly i’d just as soon throw the tomes away.

the answer is up above, you can convert skill point to gold, its a currency used by mystic toilet npc, basically, you craft things in forge with stuff bought with skill point, and sell it on TP. Beside that, crafting legendary require skill point, so its not useless at all.

If you want to convert Tomes to gold, you might try keyfarming.

Maybe 2 years into the game, they can actually make these things tradeable. Profit for PvPers, timesave for everyone else.

20 level 80s and counting.

I’ve made two legendaries and don’t feel like sinking the time and money into another, and changing regular siege to superior is a pain in the kitten , trying to use up 500+ skillpoints on a single character takes so long I don’t want to bother with it. I’d rather have some way to get rid of the scrolls/tomes.

I’m not buying another character slot until the trait system changes. Right now I have 8 characters, one of each class and I have no intention of deleting any.
