Several times in chat I’ve got the message ‘Your message was suppressed due to excessive messaging’, making it impossible to use the chat for a while.
The problem is, that I don’t use chat very much, at the most I send 10 (short) messages in an hour. I didn’t think that would be excessive.
Can anyone tell me when using chat becomes excessive? Is 10 messages in an hour too much, or is there something wrong with chat (or my understanding of it)?

Nobody can even tell anymore. I logged on a couple days ago and tried to say something in chat for the first time in about 14 hours. I got the “Excessive messaging” crap. I’m 99.99999% sure that the excessive message filter is completely and utterly broken with no hope of being fixed.

Thanx for clearing that up. It’s a shame that this game still has these kind of bugs after more than a year.
