Exotics have been pointless from day one every one got them nearly the sec they hit level 80 because they where made to be easy to get. Did you realty have a hard time getting a full set of exotics? If so i am not sure if you where playing the same game as i was.

This just gives ppl something to work for and in a way its a lot more easier to do so then say making an legendarily because it will not coast you all that much because you can make them your self or get them though drops.

Yeah, no problem, with the current inflation I already expect gems to be 10G for 100 Gems soon.

It’s selfish of me I know, but boy I hope you’re right! Of course if everything goes up in price, I’m no better off selling gems for gold than I am now…

Actually for me, when ascended trinkets came out, exotic trinkets suddenly became a waste of time and money to craft. Even to this day, not one of my characters has full ascended trinkets, nor do they have exotic trinkets (with exception of thief who already had crafted exotic rings).

BUT… considering the time that ascended weapons will take for just a SINGLE ONE, I think all eight of my alts can make do with multiple exotic weapons for now.

There is a saying by Abraham Lincoln that goes, “You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”

MMO forum’s are a perfect example of this as most people will not be on the forum’s unless they are there to complain.

Australia has one of the best economies in the free world, and people here still complain about our economy.

No, people complain all the time, regardless of reason. While very few complaints have actual valid reasons behind them, nearly all the rest don’t. People like to complain. I’ve seen people complain that “Norn females look too pretty.” Or that “the game is too big.”

Current available ascended gear is 312 more stats in total than exotic armor

Full set of ascended gear by the end of all releases is probably going to be about ~510 more stats than exotics.
