100% agree. Ever increasing numbers in all areas is never a good system.
End Game stuff, something like Underworld in GW1

Yes, of course, although the ‘new skills’ implied it, it deserves to be spelled out.
What’s the problem? If the downscaling works correctly you won’t feel OP in lower level zones anyway. Anyway in my opinion we need end game zones like gw1. I feel dumb killing easy enemies. We need an area filled with champions with a high chance of account bound loot (so the TP does not make it a joke to obtain) and with that buy prestige items.

You’re making a strawman argument, this is not what I’m saying. What I’m saying is that we don’t need 10 new levels and a bunch of new zones all pigeonholed into that 80-90 range.
80 needs to remain the level cap, and there should be new zones across the existing range, including new level 80 zone(s).
