How can I get this recipe? I went to Kessex Hills to look for the vendor Majory and couldn’t find her. I’m a cook and would like to add the recipe to my collection.

Also, when will I be able to get the vista in the tower area again? I die every time I go there to get it.

You can get it from Marjory’s Assistant Dee. You need to give her 50 spore samples first.
You get to the vista by approach from the south. If you are still getting hit but the toxic effect dive deeper into the water.

You can also buy the recipe sheet from the TP. It may actually be cheaper because getting it from Dee cost 250 spores + 1g.
