I witnessed an exploit today and decided to be a good citizen and report it. I came to these forums and looked to find an answer/link on where to report it. I might not have looked hard enough but I didn’t find a single stickied thread with instructions on how to report an exploit. I did find the information on the official wiki via the email (exploits@arena.net) but when I sent the email, I was told the mail box was full and the message couldn’t be sent.

I don’t want to post the details on the forums as it’s against the terms of use but I need information/advice on how to proceed. Do I resend the email at another time or do I need to contact someone else?

3 other options you could try are:

1 – Next time right click on the person’s portrait and choose report.

2 – Type /bug – I think there is a report option there too, pretty much the same thing as right clicking their portrait.

3 – Send in a support ticket with all the full details. This is probably the best option as you can fully explain the situation. To send in a support ticket just click the link at the top of this site “support” and you should have few probs.

lol! no wonder there are still so many known exploits that go unfixed.

Hey everybody,

I forwarded this up to those responsible for keeping track of the exploits email address. The mailbox full error has been taken care of, so you shouldn’t see the error anymore.

Additionally, despite the error message, we have been receiving the emails. The email address actually forwards to several mailboxes. One of them hadn’t been archived in a while and started spitting out that error.

Thanks for the reports, both to the email address, and the report here about the issue with the email address.
