I have been at this event numerous times throughout the day on 3 different servers each day and the event has either just ended and bugged out when I come on or is broken perhaps. I have not seen her move from that spot near the Hero Point and she has no dialouge options at all. If anyone knows how to either get this event going or can confirm that it is broken please help because it is getting frustrating at this point.

Did the event 3 times, always bugged. Anet fix this please…
I got this problem too when i was trying to finish zap t1, I just periodically waypointed every half hour or so to check on her and about 6 hours later I finally saw her as a merchant, but her merchant icon disappeared shortly after I reached her. :/
