So recently a-net said that everyone who pre-purchased the game would get an additional character slot delivered to them (if you had ordered one with the deluxe or ultimate you would now get 2). I ordered the deluxe version and got the one character slot but a second still hasn’t come.
If there is something I missed or need to do in order to get the second character slot please help me out!
It’s still in process. They said everyone would get a char slot who prepurchased but it would be a while.
