So what do we do with them? (…and Miyani doesn’t sell kitten)

Colin said they will have uses in HoT. Elites would be one major use

Unlock Elite Specs when they come out, I think.

yea I’m betting Elite Specs will cost about as many Hero Points as all other traits combined.

Miyani only trades stuff for Spirit Shards – Hero Points are separate. I think you mean Spirit Shards (since you mentioned you have 8 × 80s as well as Miyani) but even so, both Spirit Shards and Hero Points are said to be tradable for new things in the future.
