I’m always impressed when I see someone who’s made a perfect copy of an npc, for example DE.. I’ve been wondering how can you be so accurate? Specifically, can anyone tell me how to do Eir or Rytlock?

Want to read about a nice mini expansion to make Mordremoth and Zhaitan better?

1) Make sure you have great reference photos. You’ll need at least ne picture of a front view and a side view, but other views (e.g. 3/4 view) may be helpful
2) Pick a face that looks as close as possible. For a lot of “famous” NPCs, there won’t be the exact same face, but there usually is something close, or bears a vague resemblance.
3) Start fiddling with the sliders. Try focusing on one thing at a time. Remember that it’s not necessarily the details of a face that makes it look similar, but actually the distances between them. Refer to the pictures as often as you can. You can even try measuring parts of the face if you find it helpful. Having a splitscreen of the reference and your character creation screen will be very useful.
4) If you can’t make a close approximation to the face, consider using an armour piece that hides or obscures it. I saw a fantastic Rytlock the other day, who was using a blindfold in order to hide the face.
