Will the fancy winter costume be a permanent feature?

It’s been available every Wintersday patch and not outside those as I recall. So likely you’ll have a chance at it next year but not during the year. I’d try to get it now if you really want it; just because it’s been here for three Wintersdays doesn’t mean it’ll come back for the fourth.

If you want it, I’d say get it now to be safe. Plus, you’ll be able to enjoy it a full year earlier, and throughout the year.

But, it’s returned consistently so far, so I’m expecting it to return next year as well, since they didn’t make any kind of “We’re retiring the old costume! Get it while it’s here!” sort of announcement, which would be the smart marketing pitch.
