What’s the best way to karma farm now

Probably events.

Though I did get lucky and got 3 karma jugs from completing a jumping puzzle.

Scarlet Invasions can get you ~20k karma if you hit up all the events.

You need something like a million to get just some of the materials for a legendary.

I play wvw on a regular basis, almost everything you do in there is an event (taking towers, camps, keeps, defending, etc.). It adds up really quick.

WvW is really good karma but it’s not ‘stable’ because of ‘off-peak’ times on certain servers, or a server is always losing and wiping to better servers. However small ops groups can be good for flipping camps/sentrys and yakslapping, but only if you can find a group like that.

Next would be Scarlet invasions, but again not stable and not constant.

Lastly i would have to say Orr events, yet on some servers it’s a dead zone, people caught on to Frostgorge Sound champ farming and left Orr for that, so i would have to look around and see which server is worth guesting to for this type of farm.

that’s a good point about wvw, maybe just find a zerg and follow them? at least on CD if i’m ever not in the roaming mood and more in the mood to farm some karma, bags, wxp, champ bags i just find the nearest zerg and tag all the things

Karma now is the main reason I won’t go for my legendary .-.

Karma Sources (take your pick or any combination)

• Champs in PvE and Champs in Dungeons (Dungeon champs also have Drops of Liquid Karma
• World Completion (hearts give karma)
• WvW Events (there will always be a camp that needs capturing or a dolyak/guard that needs killing)
• Scarlet Events (super easy karma)
• FotM (get to level 11-19, then do odd number fractals 1-9…12k karma)

It’s not hard. It’s just not as mind-numbingly easy.

anyone know a server that does have a presence in orr or does scarlet events still?

TC does scarlet events from time to time still… but not usually enough people to get to the final wave… nevermind scarlet herself.

I would recommend WvW for good steady karma instead.

*Snowball Mayham at the moment. You can repeat the event as much as you want, I already did the initial 15 rounds for the AP and repeated 12×. Got exactly 14.200 Karma yesterday out of 15 rounds.

NSP does a temple run every night an hour after reset. There is also a completion zerg every…. wednesday and sunday I think.

Daily Teq is 13k in jugs, minus all the other rewards.

Frackling ten levels below your personal reward level will get you ~10k karma per run, and every 15 fractal relics is another obsidian shard.

If your server stomps in WvW then it’s also an option, but fractals are by far the highway to obsidians.

I would say where I farm 10k/hour but then everybody would go there and it gets screwed lol
