Guild Wars 2

Hey folks,
first: it happend just two times, and both times in twilight ambor.

I’m playing TA dungeon with my guard and suddendly my cooldowns get green!
Don’t know what it caused but the CD was faster, means opposite from chill.

I don’t know who it did, and how so my question is: who can do it and how? does it affect the whole team, or was this bug?
I’m really not shure, but I saw that my CD times were green, not white or red (for chill).

Afaik it’s one of the hostile spider’s attacks that you have reflected.

It’s a new buff called alacrity that speeds up your recharge times. It is new in HoT. As far as I know no one has access to it yet.

I guess it’s a mix of both, thanks guys
i use reflect and the speed as well, but never saw this anywhere else.
