Is EoTM the fastest karma train these days with full buffs/food/banners/infusion? Just wondering if there’s something else out there that’s faster.

Nope.

That seems to be the only fast Karma farm.

Head of the Order of the Iron Ravens [OoIR]
Lady Alexis Hawk – Main – Necromancer
Ravion Hawk – Warrior

I usually get around 15k karma for Teq, but it does involve getting there early enough not to arrive on an unorganized map.
