I think you get 2 per full event completion (in the full 46 mins).
Plus they are a rare drop from foes, I think…

You get 1 out of every 200 or so of the alliance bags that drop, but that’s it (including the ones you listed).

Are the rubble piles shared or is it first come first serve?

You only get credit for FOUND heirlooms, not the drops from the bags (I have 7 heirlooms in inventory but only 2 found). The daily reset is what sucks….I guess ANet knew someone would have a map an hour after patch launch

I think the OP wants them for the Halo or devil horns items. As far as I know there are 3 ways to get them:

1 – from the rubble which there are 36 and can all be farmed daily.
2 – From the pink bags that we get for each tier of citizens saved – 100, 300, 600 etc. you get 1 from each bag so in general you should be getting at least 2-3 per attack on LA.

3 – Randomly but rare it seems from the alliance bags but I am nor even sure of this as I don’t think I have had any from them.

As long as you farm the rubble every day for those 36 there is plenty of time to get at least 1 of the items before this event ends. There is time enough for both if you farm them every day and play enough LA runs to get plenty of those pink bags for saving citizens too.

Oh I’m sure there may even be 40 but I state 36 as that is what I have seen confirmed over at Dulfy.net.

There are 40 piles apparently.

The dulfy map is now up to 40 locations and now has included pics for each location in order to ease the first time you look. You can get them in one run once you have a basic idea of where they are.

That’s 41-43 a day in exchange for an hour a day. If the potions are worth it to you than an hour isn’t too bad.

Beyond rubble piles, saving certain amounts of civilians and reaching the reward tiers gives you a bag which gives 1 per bag too.

The piles of rubble seems to be account bound so no. Even if you change overflows it will give you nothing.

Just saw the pictures of them … my interest in them just splattered itself on the floor.

You can loot each pile once per account and day. So you can neither switch servers nor characters.
