How can i get those Festival token? (to buy item from the Festival Merchant in lion arch) can i trade those Piece of candy corn for festival token anywhere?
on the wiki it said :Loot
Drops from normal enemies in Tyria.
….so i can just play and get them ? (but didnt find any yet)

They are a historical item and unobtainable.

No , that vendor is only if you have leftover tokens from when the events where running

You should be able to buy it from a laurel merchant for 25 laurels and 15 gold, as mentioned on the page you linked.
