I know, you may ask yourselves why such a title, it was planned for you to click on it, expecting another complain topic, but I will try to prove you wrong. The title was just here for you to start reading, and now that you are here – read, because what I am trying to do here may be in accordance with your point of view.
And even if my English is lacking some words, some grammar and even some syntax. I hope my point will be given in the next lines.

Fights – What was done and what should come now.

The fighting system of Guild Wars 2 has so much potential, we all agree in that. Aggressive and dynamic, as it was planned to be. So much could be done with it….

It all started with improvised GvGs on the borders of the World v World. Players would come with their friends, to fight other players – mostly other guild they have already fought against while trying to capture a structure – to see who is the best, on a siege weapon free zone.
It started to gain some popularity.
More and more players would start doing that, as they all acknowledge that the gameplay of Guild Wars 2, indeed showed them that work must be done to be better than the others.
Than, some guild gained some popularity, as they beat the others more often. Their ratio was better, undeniably putting them as “one of the bests”.
Videos and streams of this type of gaming would become popular, players started to talk and watch those players, struggling to show they are the bests.
Then an update was made to the Obsidian Sanctum, the Arena. Developers have finally answered the dreams of the players allowing them to fight in a good environment – giving them the first tool.
A GvG between two well trained guilds, gains popularity, as people come and watch to learn and enjoy the fasts and dynamics fights.

And now, unofficially, guilds are trying to put themselves as “Best EU” or “Best NA”…. and maybe “World Champ” guilds.

Why ?

Well because of those points we talked about that Guild Wars 2 Gameplay.
That aggressive and dynamic Gameplay. And the competitive spirit of the pvp players.
People want to fight, to compete with other players, in a scale far more suitable to the Gameplay of Guild Wars 2 than the pvp mode scale.

They want to see they are the bests not by points made by capture, not by flag carrying, but by the oldest of the means to see who is the best : total annihilation of the competitor.

What should come now.
Fights !

Yes fights, if the gvgs gains more popularity, the Obsidian Sanctum should become, and may already have, full of those incredible fights.
As it is, developers will start to see the attraction of such a mode, allowing them to show Guild Wars 2 as a very competitive game, with a profound gameplay.
Inevitably, tools will be made for the players. Allowing them to find matches and create teams, thus putting the second and third tools in the hands of the players.
Two simple tools, that will allow players to be fulfilled. And afterwards the ladder and tournaments.

Only then Guild Wars 2 will have no limits, allowing players to proudly show the game off to their friends. Putting Guild Wars 2 on the top pvp games pedestal.

I support this, I hope for a revamp for the Mists, especially WvW, would be cool to see the maps unified so we once for all have a decent pvp scenario in this game.
