I have been waiting for this for the longest time, an actual dress for my Mesmer. No longer do I have to wear the rags of Arah nor the quite revealing not-really-a-dress Order of Whispers armor. I thank you for this ANet ^ ^

I will say it looks effin gorgeous. I can finally have an attire fitting for Lady Malkav if I want to make her a bit conservative without losing the dark theme I had in mind for her

I was wondering how hilarious female charr would look in it. Then, menswear.

Ah well. I still have the Wintersday outfit.

One plus is that it doesn’t clip with the tail for once. But it’s not really charr themed, nor is it absurd enough to be worth picking up for the comedy value. Not bad, but not my thing.

[Edit: What would be nice is multiple versions, like the Chef’s outfit, that suit different races. A high-ranking charr is not going to wear that.]

I like the dress. The only thing I don’t really care for is how wide it is at the bottom. It just seems too wide compared to the rest.

I am speaking for myself and several others who have posted similar complaints.
If i wanted to look like a boy i would have chosen the male option in the character selection.
And so yet again another costume will not be purchased by me again.

But makes me think that the Charr should be serving drinks to the human females in their party dresses.

Monday I was fretting for hours, trying to put together a classy look for my fourth female mesmer. While I did whip up something super sexy and sure to turn heads, it just wasn’t good enough.

Then Anet releases this on Tuesday and I’m like… “How can you NOT buy this?!”
