Fix Kudzu before adding new Legendaries.
(and also add longbows to weapons that guardian can use so i can grind to get this)
And in their defense, they’ve been talking about new weapons for a while… but hopefully someone will see this and fix it, because that would annoy me so badly if I had to deal with that :p
Don’t forget that they need to change it to a Shortbow so I can make one for my Thief.
I’d rather have a whole new set of legendaries before a minor fix to an existing one.
Another missed opportunity to build upon what they already created.
Imagine that in animation, converging water as your bow string.
Barrage never had any special effects when used with a kudzu.
And I’d rather have them fix the footsteps and projectiles spawning mini kudzus when walking/shooting.
Get in line lol
Only kidding, wont be fixed this century.

Dryad bow is already in game as a HOM reward

Not exactly, that’s what is known as the Living Short Bow, and it’s nothing more than a carved stick with a string attached.
Noticeable differences are the missing “water tendrils”, and the two toned wood color pallet that distinguished the wood from the two “dryads”.
Also the Living Short Bow uses two “salads” instead of the original “dryads”, no one likes those force plot holes anyways.
I made a thread about this months ago. Sadly it never went anywhere.

I wouldn’t call the living short bow anything like the dryad bow. They look alike don’t get me wrong. The short bow, looks like her back is being broken, and it seems to be missing it’s elegance.
This game has the most aesthetically picky debaters I’ve ever seen…
Yeah, it’s not 100% mimicking the concept art, that tends to happen. So her back is bent, the tendrils are missing (and would likely be invisible due to the miniscule detailing, anyway); it’s still the incarnation of the drawing of the weapon in the game.
Do yourself a favor and dont look up any GW1 concept art to compare with the in-game models (like Bone Dragon Staff). Your head will probably burst.
The Flameseeker Prophecies still needs something.
It really says a lot about management at Anet that they don’t focus any resources on fixing their flagship items.
I’d love to see a matching shortbow for Kudzu. Or a longbow version of the Dreamer. There’s just something nice about matching bows.
I owned that bow in gw1 I didn’t need the concept art. I also used the living short bow here.
I made already 2 threads about this.
Hopefully this gets fixed some time soon.

So you would rather they release a whole new set of broken legendaries than to fix current ones? That is the kind of attitude that kills games. They demand stuff early, get it early, then complain about it being crappy then quit. No, The current weapons need to be polished before new ones are pushed out.
I’d say there’s bigger priorities in terms of fixing legendaries than Kudzu. The Moot and Quip both need a complete redesign. A portable disco-ball and a party gun are about legendary as the legendary toilet paper.
(…) the legendary toilet paper.
Behold whip-like animations and the “mummify” undead skill, if used by 5 players at the same time (invitation similar to dancing) it works even on risen giants!
Mummify 1000 risen to grant the title “The Embalmer”.
Upgrade 4x legendary toilet paper at the mystic toi… pardon, forge, to obtain the extra-absorbent roll usable underwater.
On topic – add new legendaries, “scavenger hunt” and potential bug-fixes to existing weapons at the same time.
“Whose Charr is this?”- “Ted’s.”
“Who’s Ted?”- “Ted’s dead, baby. Ted’s dead.”
