Fix the LFG abusement allready!
Dude, you’re using the system in a way that was never intended and then complain when others do the same thing?
Nope, that’s not a legitimate reason to demand a change, sorry.
You know what, forget that I said anything. Not gonna argue with people who twist my words around.
So long, gentlebeings. *takes hat and leaves*

Dungeon selling has allways been normal in GW2 which came from GW1. If you want a legimate reason then this griefing can be done to anyone (example):
“Oh look, we are half way in arah (as a 5 man group), 2 of our friends just left, lets find some random people”
“In comes a random person, merges with a random party and GG to your half way finished arah”.
Nope, that’s not a legitimate reason to demand a change, sorry.
How about if myself and a buddy of mine kick you from a dungeon right before the end so we can get our guildmate in? Naw, that’s never happened in the entire history of the game – right?
Also, griefing is still grief. Just because you cannot solo a dungeon and sell it doesn’t mean you are devoid of empathy for someone who can and is then griefed.

not a single word was twisted. An it doesn´t matter if he is selling a path or looking for a group normally, that minority kick system sucks and causes a lot of grief in game.
Not sure you’ll get a whole lot of sympathy around these parts…
Selling dungeons is NOT and exploit. Get over it already.
The LFG and party system is broken. And it has to be fixed

I dont want sympathy. I want a easy peasy and very logical fix to this broken system.

If anything elitists should be happy at this. After all, how can people be better at the game if they can just buy their way to completion of a dungeon and not learn how to play their character properly?
Please no infraction Anet, the term “better” is a just an opinion and not directed at anyone in particular.

How on earth has dungeon selling been a obstacle to anyone “wanting to be better at game”? How? Please explain.
Dungeons are bought cause people want tokens (and in AC, experience for lvling). If youre rich then why waste time doing the same path over and over and over again just to get some tokens. Why?
If you want to go and “improve your experience (laughing here for obvious reason)” then sellers have never been an obstacle. Never!
Call me a “noob” if you want, but…what does “selling” dungeons mean?

It means going to the end of a hard dungeon path basically solo, then selling the slots to other players who can come in and beat the last boss for quick and easy credit.

Because we can’t be angry about both?

It means that a player/players make open slots for others to join the group at the end of a dungeon. Those who join the group then pay a sum of gold in order to kill the last boss and get the full reward.
Those who have fought their way thorugh the dungeon will get more gold for their effort and the buyer will get the items they need for a few gold and less time spent inside that dungeon.

You still need empyreal shards and the fastest path of every dungeon should provide enough tokens for whatever gear u want in time if you are competent enough – no need to be so “skillful” to solo content whatsover.
Theres a reason why no one ever “sells” places in COF P1.
actually, i kinda agree, the 2 person vote to kick is kinda harsh, and you shouldn’t be able to kick party leaders, and/or the person who opens the dungeon, since well, it would just boot everyone then if you did boot the opener.

Most likely the “item” they want is the title dungeon master. Its for people who do not want to play the dungeons legit and nothing to do with “saving time”.
Maybe they should try to make it more like WoW’s LFG system? You know, in a way that makes sense. Oh wait, can’t have that because it’s WoW afterall and we all know nothing good ever came out of that!
Ditch party merging, change votekick to a 3/5 requirement, and stop kicking everyone out of the instance if the party leader leaves. BOOM DONE.
