"Fixed" Monk Outfit - Updated July 28th
So what’s the big deal with this extremely underwhelming lvl1 armor looking armor skin anyway? This was one of the most basic crap armors as monk in gw1, so why do ppl bother here. It looks kitten even if they fix every bit of it. Also, the females had pants.

actually it’s based on the Elite Woven armor.

Yeah. I worked mad hard to get that elite armor in GW1 – and I was looking forward to it in GW2 when I saw the data mine. Then I realized it was just another costume. And then I saw how their patches screwed over my guildy, and how they still haven’t fixed it. Plenty of reason for people to be upset.
Me too, and my monk wasn’t my main character, so I had to go through so much of the campaign just for the armor. To see it – to put it bluntly – butchered like this is completely heartbreaking, especially after I took the time to match the dyes on my gw1 character perfectly (no, the default dyes don’t perfectly match the gw1 armor).
So long Treeface.
“…Kormir? I know not of whom you speak.”
I wonder if we will get the next update for the outfit today.
If we do, I hope it’s not just the missing feet…
Please adjust the skirt, Arenanet!
Make it a pumpkin skirt or include a ruffled half-slip to hint at why it does not lay right on the hips and legs.
Looks like the feet are back, but the skirt is still too large for it’s animations.
(And still looks ugly compared to the original)
Seeing the wedding outfit applying the same “design” is really disheartening …
Especially noticable on human females. Guess Anet wants to imply that human girls have to hide their pregnancy when getting married?
Is this really a limitation in the creation of outifts or are you guys just too lazy to make them fit different bodytypes?
I really, really dislike this…
