Cash shop/tp only. Rare from cash shop purchases of the Flame or Frost Dye packs. Anywhere from a couple gold to 10+ on tp.

You know i am continually surprised with these, the shading as you said is SO much better, i will be investing very soon, just spent a ton on new armor sets, next is my look as i still can’t freaking decide but i know the colours
