Minstrel doesn’t have footfall effects either, not sure what you mean by terrestrial though so maybe you’re not counting that?

Minstrel does, it leaves notes as footprints, and by terrestrial, I mean all legendaries that are not for water combat

Thats what exotics are for. Footprints are what exotics and legendaries set apart. The skin itself is usually exotic at best (looking at Rodgort, Frostfang etc)

I think it’s because flameseekers is one of the more subtle legendaries and it’s supposed to be a nice skin with no obvious effects (only real effect is when you activate a skill a page turns) and there are loads of legendaries that have big footprints and trails on your attacks (sunrise, twilight, bolt for example) so it is nice to have one that is not so ‘in your face’ in my opinion.
