Suggestion: make FoTM skins trade able between players

Like Player A has a skin 1 but wants skin 2, Player B wants skin 1 but has skin 2.
So they can do a exchange.

They were supposed to add Fractal weapon boxes to certain level ranges. It was one of their selling points along with Fractal Leaderboards. Then they canned it and went all hush hush on it. We also talked in the Fractal CDI about using Pristine Fractal Relics to be able to purchase the skins we want. Nothing has come from that but I am still holding on to hope.
