As I understand it she is triggered by someone talking to an npc or doing something in the graveyard during the day and will then show up the following night cycle. I’ve never been clear on exactly what’s involved, but if you make sure to talk to any npc in the graveyard during the day, and stick your head in various tombs, hopefully you’ll see the white mist once night falls.
i talked to the priest of grenth. he said that there is a ghost at night but he cant investigate. Maybe i can do it for him praise :p now im waiting.. nighttime is coming.
im was waiting two nighttime cycles at the graveyard of shaemoor and i couldnt see any fog. The White Lady quest dont appear.
Is it bugged or a very rare event, so i have to look and wait every nighttime till it may happens?

I just started this collection and I glided through the cemetery above Shaemoor and I got it. I do not recall seeing a white lady when I got it, and I wasn’t trying to get it. I haven’t even looked at what I need for the collection yet.
Khisanth, will that be true even if there is no fog? The fog only shows up if the White Lady is present after being triggered in the day time, and seeing the fog is the clue to look for her. I haven’t done this collection, so I don’t know, but “Fog’s Damp” suggests you do need the fog to be there.

Day time? I went there at the start of the night. There was fog but I don’t remember seeing any event or the NPC around for it. Just walked down the small stair and got the collection item.
Ah then you lucked out because someone earlier on in the day had the conversation with the NPC that triggers her. The fog means she’s around, but she doesn’t have a big event star, you have to find her and talk to her to make the escort/fight happen.

I tried to do that one for quite a long time. I know well that talking to any and all npc around there, day or night, had absolutely no effect on her spawning. In fact, she spawned for me when noone besides me was around there during the day, and i was merely afking without interacting with any npcs.
TL;DR: You could talk with all npcs here and not see her spawning, and you could not talk with anyone and see her spawning. It’s not related at all.

Note that a lot of “night time” events actually spawn BEFORE the sky actually turns dark completely. Check the Day/Night timer on the Wiki and make sure you’re at the event’s start location at that time. It’s possible that when you arrived at night, someone had already completed the event before you. (Quite common with the Lady in White event, since it’s short and quick.)
