"For Great Justice!" over and over...

Don’t assume they have macro’s lol, im one of them that have it on auto cast, it is just easier for my playstyle.
There’s only one real solution.
1. Create a character named “Great Justice”.
2. Stand next to him.
I would occasionally hear this phrase throughout the game, and particularly repeatedly during boss battles etc. I actually LIKE hearing it – I associate it with the fun I have in the game and pretty much only found this thread because I wanted to know more about “For Great Justice” – I just started a a Norn Warrior build just so I could have a character that could do this shout.
But its disheartening to see people get riled up over what is part of the game, threatening to report people for botting, etc. over what seems to be a valid gameplay mechanic. I’m new to the game and there are things I find annoying (LFG spam, for instance) but understand that its part of the experience.
I hear FGJ at the crafting stations in LA, very annoying. I would disable the audio for those shouts in LA and the 5 racial capitols. On a related note, one time due to multiple overlapping converstions, the phrase “I can outrun a centaur” became “I can outrun a centipede”.
So often I am at a Black Lion or Banker NPC, especially in Lion’s Arch, and there always seems to be a Warrior casting “For Great Justice!” over and over. It is so regular it is obvious they are using a macro to cast it. It is so annoying. A few have stopped when I ask but most just ignore me.
Is doing this ok? Doesn’t seem fair they can do this in pvp or pve. And even doing it in a city would keep them logged in unfairly.
So should I just report them for botting?
Or when it’s “I can run faster than a centaur” over and over and over and over and over cries!
They are only doing that to annoy you, you do know that right?
