With the addition of Revenant, OCD players everywhere rejoiced because the game now has 3 classes for every profession type, which is very neat. But there is still a small problem: health pools.

Soldier/Heavy professions include Warrior with high HP, Revenant with medium HP and Guardian with low HP. Perfect.

Scholar/Light professions include Necromancer with high HP, Mesmer with medium HP and Elementalist with low HP. Once again, sweet sweet symmetry.

But wait, what is this? Adventurer/Medium professions include two classes with medium HP (Ranger and Engineer) and a class with low HP (Thief). Outrageous!

The solution is simple: buff health pools for either Ranger or Engi! Preferably Ranger, I suppose. They need all the help they can get, and Druid with its healing theme would probably have some use for that. DO IT!

P.S. This is not an entirely serious thread, please don’t treat it as such.
P.P.S. Fess up if you thought this thread would be about (a)symmetrical armors.

Imo if one of those two needs to have buffed health it would be the engineer considering that engis have far more playstyles which are close quarters.

As a person with OCD and a fan of Soul Eater this post made me lol.

On a serious note, doesn’t the pet sort of count has part of the rangers health pool since in a lot of situations the pet can tank for the ranger? So, in a way it does have the highest health.

Can’t tell if sarcasm cuz internet, but definitely thief. Gotta have those dual pistols Unfortunately he’d be screwed over by armor since 90% of it is asymmetrical.

Fess’d

Though, rangers kinda do have the highest health pools if you count the pet. And I think the healing focus on Druid is actually an argument against them having high health pools since it mirrors Guardians. A lower health pool with higher damage mitigation means better sustain but with some susceptibility to burst.

Also, my Engie bias trumps your Ranger bias. BRING ON THE ENGIE BUFFS.

My thought was dual pistol engi; he’s not very stealthy. Still screwed by asymmetrical armors. XD

And yes, I thought it was going to be about armor.

…Fessing up. I thought it was about armors. :P

I vote Ranger getting the high HP pool.
…and then giving that HP to the PET. The poor bums need something to survive in boss fights.

Many alts; handle it!

hehe i will, my first thought was shoulder armors when I clicked. Was never a fan of the lopsided shoulder armors… but thats just my taste.
